hp slim desktop 260-A010, s/n cnv624016z. does not respond to certain areas. first the auto run does not work and when you go to the dvd-rw the launcher or install does not run and the media player does not work the is a lot that does not work and i took it back to office depot and they wouldn't exchange it or give me my money, stating there is nothing wrong with it this was not and i have not gotten any help getting it fixed , if i do not get some support on the i will never buy another product from your company it is a pos. office depot has not got any more bussiness from me because they say nothing is wrong i have tried for a year and a half to get them to fix it, do something got it at the paris texas store, also will post negative reviews on fb
