My Brand New HP Monitor - Desktop Support and Warranty

I called HP at 7:40 am and I was transferred around with their Political Nonsense and not helped until 8:45 am.
Once with the right person, in India, took my phone call, she then took me through an additional 15 minute review of the Monitor.
She had me check everything and then it took her additional 5 minutes more extra to type her report.
I waited patiently but getting upset slowly.
Once the report was typed, she transferred me to the Technical Person to mail me my new Monitor.
First, they would Require my Credit Card for Collateral; Shipping from India is expensive. The product was made in China but fixed in India.
They would NOT be honest with me about WHY THEY needed my credit card; it took an additional 15 minute conversation to get the truth.
I never give my Credit Card over the telephone and refused to provide it to them. I watch Judge Judy and she says, if something doesn't sound right....It isn't TRUE. My Credit Card was NOT JUST Collateral but for A Reason!!!!
All I was requesting was an address to ship the BAD Monitor to them (which I offered to pay for) but they said NO.
They would only provide the shipping address along with the NEW Monitor.
This process starts only if I provided my Credit Card number; end of conversation.
This is why they want a Credit Card for the Customers to pay the International Fee. We are screwed as American Customers with HP.
Never, Ever, Ever, Again. You are warned!
They should NOT require your Credit Card number for you to ship a bad product to them. And, they should not try to tell you how to feel.

As upset as I was being on the phone, I never showed it to them.
But, they were sarcastic about my tone and that it would effect them helping me. Unless you live in India or China should you get good service.
