HP Pavillion G6 - nothing but problems

I bought this laptop at the end of July and here I am I October making my second service call to HP for the same problem. The screen starts flickering and it useless at that point. I called HP in September and after a 3 hour call the problem had gone away but lo and behold, here it is 3 weeks later and I’m back on a call with HP for the same thing. And yes we're downloading the same driver and reinstalling it. Why can't the company admit there is something wrong with the laptop and fix it? There are other complaints about the same problem\same model. Obviously it not just my laptop that is having problems.

I received the laptop back from HP and have been using it a couple of weeks with no problems. I have received follow up phone calls from both Tina and James at HP making sure things have been repaired correctly, I am impressed with the all the steps HP has taken to both resolve my problem and to follow up to insure I was satisfied with the outcome. I would buy HP again.

Within a day or two of posting my complaint about my HP laptop I received a request from an HP rep to get more information. After I supplied the information to the rep, Tina called and emailed me stating that she had escalated my service case. That same day I received a call from James with HP and he shipped me a box to return the laptop to their service department for repairs. The box arrived and I’m in the processing of shipping it back to HP.
It seems like the company is taking the right steps to correct the problem and keep a customer. I’ll follow up after I get the laptop back but for now I can say that I’m impressed with the steps HP has taken thus far.
