    I will continue to referr others away from this company and will tel lthme your rudeness of sales reps tonight and this is why dell is number one in tech support and computer prices. I just posted a bad review on www.measuredup.com and i never see rebuttals as email i use is no longer active and also i run my own critic site and even relatives have said your product hasn't worked right from day one and dell was right your support to paraphrase was horrible as were told not to deal with me or talk to me no more nowaday one negtavie review can and will ruin a company when even former...   • BAD Service

    I called HP at 7:40 am and I was transferred around with their Political Nonsense and not helped until 8:45 am. Once with the right person, in India, took my phone call, she then took me through an additional 15 minute review of the Monitor. She had me check everything and then it took her additional 5 minutes more extra to type her report. I waited patiently but getting upset slowly. Once the report was typed, she transferred me to the Technical Person to mail me my new Monitor. First, they would Require my Credit Card for Collateral; Shipping from India is expensive.
