even if they document a known defect, customer service denies that your problem is the same as the documented before they even hear your issue. I was told I'll get my supervisor, but he can't help you.

HP is terrible. They hide behind a wall of business processes and claim to provide support, when actually all they offer is ritual and call holding. In order to pretend that neither their software nor their hardware is at fault, they bail out of problem solving situations (for computers) by declaring their time is up, no feasible solution exists and that the caller must do a system recovery on their machine. Then they hang up. HP: defective products and deceptive customer service/support. STAY AWAY!
